Really good Stay

large roomrainfall showerfriendly receptionconvenient parking
The room featured a sizable layout offering comfort. A rolltop bath complemented a separate, large rainfall shower. I found twin sinks in the bathroom. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The staff was exceedingly helpful. They gave useful details on transportation and local sights. The bed was indeed comfortable. Parking was very convenient. The rooms was awesome. The reception upon arrival was very friendly. The room was more spacious than anticipated, with a large bathroom. A rainfall shower area stood separately from a freestanding bath. I found nice beers on tap. Good bus links to the city center exist.
The bar and restaurant prices seemed somewhat high. This is worth considering, especially for those on a tighter budget. I believe menus should offer options for all budgets.

Adequate Stay with Some Disappointments

mould ceilingroad noise
The room I had requires some attention. I noticed mold on the ceiling and dirt on the curtains. The paint was peeling off the walls. Many marks were also present. Road noise was also more noticeable than I was led to believe.

the food was alright, not amazing. we tried the two-course special, splitting a starter and dessert. both of us ordered the burger, but the starter and dessert showed up together?!

A balanced experience

bus stopeasy accesslarge roomscomfortable roomshelpful staffmisleading photospaintwork attentionhigh price
The location had a bus stop right outside the building. This allowed very easy access to the town centre. Rooms were large and comfortable. The staff was helpful .
The photos seemed somewhat misleading upon arrival. The rooms are located above a pub. Some aspects such as paintwork need attention in both the rooms and corridors. It was a bit overpriced overall.
